The Disney Look is a series of grooming and appearance guidelines followed by Disney Cast and Crew Members. It is described in greater detail in the Disney Look Book, which is given to every new Crew Member. These guidelines include keeping your costume clean and looking neat, wearing appropriate hairstyles and jewelry, and always being ready to smile!
