- Be prepared to learn, because you’re going to learn things that you never knew before.
- Don’t keep to yourself. You have to speak to other Crew Members because eventually they will become your family.
- Be flexible. The schedule can change at any time, and surprises
tend to happen. - Don’t come onboard with preconceived ideas of what to expect, because it is something completely different than whatever you were used to before.
- Before you apply to DCL know what you want to do. Really explore the DCL Web site. After you do your homework apply to a specific position that interests you.
