There are five departments on the Island that work together every day—Recreation, Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping and Animal Programs (Stingray). Each department is in need of specific Crew Members to help keep Castaway Cay a memorable part of the DCL experience for our Guests.
Recreation
- Recreation Host/Hostess (Lifeguard) - Rotation on the ship is required approximately once a month
